Mad Max Climate Science

Spoke to Frances Beinecke, Wed 2, re the Copenhagen summit and her new pamphlet book "Clean Energy ; and she made the case that the climate change is a clear and present danger.  The book points to drastic desertification that pushes vast populations into fame, to ice free Arctic seas that have not been available to sea-faring in millions of years, to drought and perfect storms and sweltering cities and monsoons and other severe weather -- in all a Mad Max scenario of Apocalypse Already.  Beinecke's case is that Copenhagen begins the global solution of cap and trade, enforced greenhouse gas emissions, and most importantly transition from fossil fuels to clean energy such as wind, tidal, geothermal, solar and the energy boost that comes from simpler, more efficient, practical engineering of habitats and infrastructure.  Clean energy green jobs are emphasized.  Asked her thoughts about the recent brouhaha over the hacked emails, Francis Beinecke, a major player in the Obama administration friends of green jobs circle (former director NRDC, pal of Robert Redford), said, "Not much."  Word comes from Marc Marano, ClimateDepot.com, that Al Gore has now cancelled a long since sold-out lecture in Copenhagen scheduled for December 15.  No explanation offered; 3000 ticket takers offered the money back, much embarassment.  Also a   new Rasmussen polls indicates 59% of the American public now believe that scientists "falsified" data to support their opinions of global warming.

Grant-driven, government-sponsored, "peer-reviewed" science more and more resembles just another racket.

These people will never give it up. They will forge ahead as if nothing happened. They'll receive cover from the all those who have ridden the wave of 'global warming' – Gore; Obama; all those in academia, the media – all the way to the White House. Now, they are in charge; they will not change their stripes or their script. It was never about ‘global warming’ anyway. It was about the redistribution of wealth to conform to the Marxist model on a global scale.

If you don't believe me, look all the impossible things they've managed to do already. They were able to provide cover for Clinton's peccadilloes; they were able to demonize an American president to the point of paralyzing the government; they were able to engineer the bank collapse; they were able to get us to elect a Marxist, anti-American president; they're on the verge of pushing through health care programs that most of the American people are roundly against; they're on the verge of destroying the dollar. Tell me again that these same people won't be able to press onward with their 'climate change' agenda; tell me again that they won't end up simply eviscerating those who blew the lid off the scam (Barbara Boxer is demanding that there be a criminal investigation – not of the ‘scientists’ who falsified data, but – into how whistleblowers were able to expose the lie. With the help of a compliant justice system, they’ll yet succeed in pronouncing ‘global warming’ skeptics criminally liable for denying Gore’s ‘inconvenient truth’); tell me again that they'll go quietly, apologizing for any unintended consequences to the tune of billions in American taxpayer money!

These people don't apologize. They press ahead. For them it's deadly serious. They have nothing to lose - like the Taliban. They'll fight to the death until our country lies in ruins. Until we understand this about Marxists, even with the full support of the majority, we won't turn this thing around.

If several Italian-Americans conspired to defraud the American Government of Billions of Dollars, the US Attorney General would be issuing supoenae and arresting everyone in New Jersey whose surname ended in a vowel.

But when Intellectuals and "Scientists" at "elite" universities conspire to defraud the government, nothing happens.

Is the PhD after their names? Is it the support for the Democratic party and current administration?

I haven't read anything about the content of these correspondences, so I admit to being ignorant about what they were talking about between each other.

I do believe it is a crime to hack into a server, though.

And, of course, I wonder what might be discovered and/ or construed by someone if they took it upon themselves to retrieve personal and private email exchanges of say... anyone of us.

Hell, what might be construed from the very public postings of our sentiments?

Oh that? Well, I was just joking around about the Martians... AAAAC AAAAC yodelyodelayheeteehee BLRSH

Be careful what you wish for

Peter - as to Al Gore not being about to change his script, at least he's changed his plans:

IT'S POLITICALLY CORRECT TO PUBLISH CLASSIFIED GOVERNMENT DOCUMENTS ...

But look-out if it disagrees with the lefty political agenda.

Where was Barbara Boxer on the Pentagon Papers? Who cares? I don't think we'll hear anymore from her after the election.

Since the politics of the UN is so Third World (i.e. anti-democratic, opaque and corrupt), I'm surprised its phony science hasn't been exposed earlier.

Sorry, I missed the Frances Beinecke interview. How do these apologists explain the ice formation in Antarctica, sunspots or what they would do if they had to find a real job?
