Increasing evidence of North Korea’s involvement. DPRK’s embassy selling arms to Mahgreb and across Africa. Sinai: ISIS, Hamas, gun-running.  Egyptian armed forces: 43,000 in Sinai w 800 vehicles. Juniper Cobra: biennial troop “interoperationality” exercises, with 2,500 European troops training with Israeli troops.
