Of course, the designated agent was identified as Novachok, which is merely a category of nerve agents, not a specific  chemical; further, a check on the Internet will show that it can be manufactured in your kitchen, so it's hardly limited to Russian production.

TO get it off the round, NASA would become the first tenant, for ten ears, which would reduce NASA’s $4 Bil per year for upkeep of current ISS to about $400 mil.  Space hotel where the windows look down to the Earth .  Can hook up your space yacht to the Marina, have water, power, Internet, everything.  Because it’s modular, is scalable; one node module, one propulsion module, and a habitable module.  All these technologies have been tested in space and proven operable.
