Company now faces $3.4 bil in legal fees. Why did Blankfein shake Raj Rajaratnam's hand in court? Like a scene from The Godfather: the kiss of death. Perhaps because Blankfein knows so much that the board is afraid to remove him.  He looks sinister, but is careful not to say anything too dumb (except, "We're doing God's work").
